Thank you for your interest in contributing to PRISM. To protect both you and the project, all contributors must agree to this Contributor License Agreement (CLA) before their contributions can be accepted.
PRISM is dual-licensed under AGPL-3.0 and a commercial license. To maintain the ability to offer commercial licenses, we need to ensure that all code in the repository can be licensed under both models. This CLA grants the project maintainer the necessary rights to do so.
By submitting a pull request or other contribution to this repository, you agree to the following:
You grant to Ehsan Khalid (the "Maintainer") a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable copyright license to reproduce, prepare derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, and distribute your contributions and any derivative works.
You grant to the Maintainer a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable patent license to make, have made, use, offer to sell, sell, import, and otherwise transfer your contributions, where such license applies only to patent claims licensable by you that are necessarily infringed by your contribution alone or by combination with the project.
You represent that:
- You are legally entitled to grant the above licenses
- Each contribution is your original creation, or you have sufficient rights to submit it under these terms
- Your contribution does not violate any third-party intellectual property rights
- If your employer has rights to intellectual property you create, you have received permission to make contributions on behalf of that employer, or your employer has waived such rights
You understand that the decision to include your contribution in the project is at the sole discretion of the Maintainer, and this agreement does not obligate the Maintainer to use or include your contribution.
Contributors will be acknowledged in the project's contributor list unless they request otherwise.
By opening a pull request against this repository, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this CLA. The first time you contribute, a bot will ask you to confirm your agreement.
