(Moved from discord since I forgot to post it here.)
The simple difficulty tweaks have been disfunctional since version 0.4.3. After this version, the tweak fails to work at all. This also just so happens to be the version before the config organization into folders. Im assuming something happened there, and the configs arent actually linked to the tweaks anymore.
