Alarm warning sound very soft

The alarm warning sound is very soft compared to the original version. Setting the sound effects volume to maximum does not help much because the other sounds are louder but the alarm sound is barely hearable.

If I recall, I think I purposely quieted it since I found it grating on my ears :) . Originally you titled this 'No Alarm Warning Sound' so I take it on your setup the music completely overburdened the warning to the point where you didn't know it was even going out? The best way probably to make it louder would be to run the actual alarm sound effect in Audacity and increase the decibel level, then place it back into the resource pack, but this would have to be done with every world. I don't think that I set, in code, the alarm to have a different level than the other sounds, so modifying the resource pack may be the best way to compensate.
