Shorten verified file paths and test method names for improved readability

Description

• Test method names in AggregateCommandsTests contain redundant prefixes that make them unnecessarily long
• Verify files have too long names because of the parameters

Deliverables

• Rename Methods: Remove "AggregateContractToCommand" prefix from test method names while preserving clarity
• Shorten file names: Add IgnoreParameters() to verification calls so the file names won't include parameters

The issue was triggered by a report that files produced by Verify are too long for NTFS.
