Make highlight nullable

Is it possible to make highlight nullable? As a casual developer, it would be surprising to me that the field is required. Especially considering location_id is optional.

Oops, just saw this @taterhead247 ... This is a fair point, though it does have a default (defaults to False). I'll look into making it nullable though
