Add Current Location to the Header

Replace "Nearby" with the location the user chooses

1. If the user allows their location, show that location, e.g. City, State, Country
2. If the user does not allow their location, show the default location, e.g. Boise, ID
3. If the user has chosen a different starting point (see As a user searching for a workout, I can specify my starting location #5 ), show that location
