Add navigation to PWA

Having navigation (i.e. back, forward, perhaps breadcrumbs) would be very helpful in the PWA. Unless I'm missing something, when you click on a link--say a region--and you're already in a search or something, there's no way to get back without searching again.

Closing as completed. PWA navigation — a ← Back button plus a breadcrumb trail — shipped via #111 and is live on all stats pages (region, AO, PAX, area, sector, nation). @tress777 confirmed it on staging above ("Perfect, thank you!!!"), and it's now on production as well. Thanks for the report, Bill!
