Error with a GPX file

Hello,

While trying to analyse a GPX file, I have the following errors:

ERROR:root:Unable to find activity stop time
ERROR:root:Unable to find activity start time
ERROR:root:Unable to compute activity total elapsed time

attached is the file, it is supposed to be a "normal" GPX file

Thank you for opening this issue and contributing to the development of ezGPX! 🗺️

I tested your file and it seems that the format of your timestamps is not yet supported by ezGPX.
The next version of the library should fix this issue, I will notify you upon its release.
