Running the example command:

gives me an excel workbook with the following sheets (see screenshot), which is not 1:1 corresponding what I expected or to the "List of files" in the README sheet.
Specifically there are neither "assay-specific" nor OTU-tables among the sheets.
Are my expectations wrong? Or is this a deviation from what is expected from the function?
