Question about binarylayer()

In the "tiger/model/temporal_agg_modules.py", there is no definition of binarylayer() (in line 446), how can I solve it?

bn = binarylayer()
NameError: name 'binarylayer' is not defined

Thanks for following. We have corrected the binarylayer() to BinaryLayer().
