Support base image changing?

Current base image is debain, whose glibc version is too high, the executable file packed by pyinstaller can't run on Centos 7.
Any plan to add some ARG or ENV to let user to choose the base linux image?

That's a great suggestion.

fnndsc/python-poetry is mostly for our own purposes, though I'd be happy to accept a PR. Otherwise, you should just copy-paste the Dockerfile to your own repo and customize as needed.
