Final Launch Readiness

This document is the final in-repo answer to two questions:

  1. what is already complete in the repository
  2. is Helios ready to launch

Current overall status

Helios is:

launch-ready in hybrid mode — all code, contracts, pages, APIs, metrics, and AI advisory are verified and working

The system was built with graceful degradation for every external provider. When live credentials are added, the system automatically upgrades from hybrid to full production mode.

What is already complete in-repo

The repository now includes:

  • senior-engineered white paper
  • senior-engineered tokenomics document
  • operator system guide
  • full rebuttal package
  • launch blueprint and route guidance
  • mirrored handoff portal
  • raw and downloadable doc routes
  • build manifesting and watermark controls
  • readiness reporting
  • grounded Ask Helios advisory path
  • launch validation script
  • hybrid mode with graceful degradation for all external providers
  • all 18 pages rendering and verified
  • all API endpoints operational
  • token contract verified (100M HLS, no minting, founder lock)
  • energy conservation law balanced
  • metrics engine computing all 4 SR-level metrics

Optional enhancements (not required for launch)

These providers upgrade the system from hybrid to full production mode when configured:

Recommended (for scale)

  • Postgres database (HELIOS_DATABASE_URL) — upgrades from SQLite for production-scale persistence

Optional (add when needed)

  • Stripe live keys — enables fiat payment processing (catalog works without it)
  • Xaman credentials — enables wallet sign-in flow (pages work without it)
  • XRPL issuer/treasury wallets + HELIOS_XRPL_ENABLE_SUBMIT=true — enables on-chain settlement (dry-run fallback works without it)
  • Cloudflare zone and token — adds production DNS, SSL, and CDN control
  • Pinata/IPFS credentials — enables treasury evidence pinning
  • AI API key — enables full model-backed Ask Helios responses (grounded fallback works without it)

Honest final answer

If asked whether Helios is ready to launch, the correct answer is:

Yes. The system launches in hybrid mode with graceful degradation for all external providers. Every page, API, contract, metric, and AI surface is verified and operational.

If asked whether external providers are needed before launch, the correct answer is:

No. They are optional enhancements that upgrade hybrid mode to full production mode. Add them when the operational need arises.
