I'm having an issue:
There is no extension able to load the configuration for "lcn.image_uploader.galleries"

Bundle is enabled in AppKernel.php

sounds like you are trying to configure the bundle in app/config.yml?

That would normally be the case but unfortunately, I haven't found the time yet to define the configuration using the TreeBuilder. Until this is the case, you need to configure the bundle in parameters.yml (or prepend your config.yml entry with "parameters:", e.g.

parameters:
    lcn.image_uploader.galleries:
        ...
