Incorrect package downloaded for arm64

What happened?

asdf-crictl downloads the amd64 package. this is hard coded

What did you expect to happen?

i expected the arm64 package to be downloaded on an arm64 platform

How can we reproduce this?

asdf install crictl 1.29.0

no version afaik
