[Feature] - Button Press Delay

The Button Presses are to fast that it messes up the F-18 PP info for weapons and it would be nice to adjust how fast they get put in

Sound a useful feature to me, particularly when joining to heavy crowded servers

When I eventually get around to doing the F18 rework, I will address the issue.
Right now IRL is a bit busy though. I don't have a lot of time (or energy) for this project right now.
