MyPal Optimization (VP9 Codec) #640

Can you optimise VP9 codec a little more to make YouTube work a little faster?
(I'm on Windows XP x32 SP3 with One-Core-Api)
I know it's not your fault that YouTube is optimized like an ass but I cant play YouTube videos without frame drops...
Supermium: huge drops at 480p / drops at 360p / great at 240p
MyPal (latest, stock config): great at 480p / huge drops at 720p
MyPal (latest, custom config, VP9): great at 480p / some drops at 720p
MyPal (latest, custom config, H264): a few small drops at 480p, huge drops at 720p
Chrome 49 (but has some issues with the UI): some drops at 480p / great at 360p/ huge drops at 720p

On my pc (config listed below), the tests I've done show that your browser is the best choice for YouTube in 2025, except that every now and then the video freezes (as if the video got corrupted for a few frames) and when I skip the next 5 seconds, it resumes as if nothing had happened, regardless of the video resolution with the codec VP9, but for some reason on my pc H264 is slower than VP9. But I don't know if it's my internet connection that's bad or the VP9 codec or MyPal.

My potato computer:
-Core 2 Duo E7300 2.66GHz
-4 Go of RAM (DDR2 667MHz)
-GMA Graphics (I cant install any GPU on this pc because I can only add a "ADD2" card only on the PCIExpress connector according to the inscription on the motherboard...)

Sorry for my bad english :)
