Hi, I bought the vsFighter controller at around January this year and due to school I haven't had much time to use the controller but when I used it, it worked great. However, 1 month after I bought it now, the controller no longer works and Windows just says Unknown USB device (Device Descriptor Request Failed). I tried contacting the seller through many means (Leafcutterlabs etsy, instagram, and even reddit) but he hasn't responded to any of my messages. I am so desperate to get this to work because this was a birthday present from my sister and we aren't necessarily the most well off family. I know there can be a solution to this and I'm really desperate for help.
