For some reason these updates fail with an error Invalid Http code. It may have to do with https (which we do not use securely) or because Render relies on cloudflare to cache our data, or something else. We cannot do OTA until this is resolved.
As part of this, we need a way to put update files up without needing to deploy the server during the debugging period.
