Add Printer: Driver for connection type OctoPrint

Congratulations to the new Filaman-System, this is really impressive and I actually managed to migrate from the initial project :-)

I am now trying to add my OctoPrint instance as described in the documentation

I am not able to find a octoprint plugin to add a printer based on octoprint as driver.
Is this plugin simply still missing, or do I miss something?

there is currently no specific plugin for Octoprint. Which printer do you have?

I have a Snapmaker 2.0 A350T with Dual Extrusion Printhead, I use Octoprint to control all the 3D printing part of this machine.

My current workflow: I use the Filaman scale to weigh the spool; send this to the Spoolman database and then also select the currently used Spool in Octoprint (for Tool Head 0 only) - also via the specific Spoolman plugin you kindly provided. (https://github.com/ManuelW77/Filaman/wiki/5-Octoprint)

I was trying to achieve the same with the new Filaman System, since the specific Spoolman version (and old Filaman) from you is now out of date or will be (But it was still perfectly working). Based on the documentation I assumed it is necessary to add a printer, to assign a spool to the printer. Therefore I asked for the Octoprint driver.

Is there a way to hand over the currently selected spool to octoprint without a specific printer driver? In the old setting spoolman/filaman also was not aware of the printer "behind" octoprint, so I guess "only" the functionality of the adapted Spoolman plugin is missing?

Unfortunately, I don't know anything about the A360T. Which firmware does it use, or does the klipper use?

It is using a Marlin firmware. Compared to Bamboo it is a completely "dumb" 3D-Printer in regards of his awareness of filament. That's why I am using Octoprint to control him. With the current Filaman I have to set the spool manually after weighing it. This was not necessary with the adapted Filaman-Spoolman plugin for Octoprint. I think this is no longer possible with the new Filaman-System, is it?

Have you activated "autoset spool" for the device (scale) in filaman device settings?

You mean this setting under Admin Panel > Devices?

Yes is activated, but the filament it is not updated in Octoprint after weighing a spool.
