Adjust visible text and formatting on some sections

There are several sections which require adjustment to the visible text and its formatting:

1. Left sidebar, Consumer demand : Name of the Reduce ruminant meat consumption slider
2. Left sidebar, Consumer demand : Name of the Number of meat free days a week slider
3. Left sidebar, Consumer demand : Name of the Also exclude from meat free days dropdown description, font size and items within

These should be easy fixes, except perhaps the font size in item 3, which probably needs some tinkering given the API doesn't provide a native option to change text size.
