Available Datasets

This document provides a comprehensive list of datasets available in AgriFoodPy Data, organized by module. Each dataset includes a brief description, source, and usage notes.

Food

  • FAOSTAT: Food Balance Sheets data from FAO, including production, trade, and consumption statistics.
  • Nutrients_FAOSTAT: Nutrient composition data for various food items from FAOSTAT.

Impact

  • PN18: Environmental impact data from Poore & Nemecek (2018) study on food systems.
  • PN18_FAOSTAT: Merged PN18 and FAOSTAT data for comprehensive impact analysis.
  • PN18_regional: Regional breakdowns of PN18 impact data.
