Cannot add second device if LE Audio preference is enabled

Below scheenshot was taken from official product page :) But essentially I have the very same behavior. If I have one device paired, I cannot add another one unless I disable "Prefer using LE audio" option. The thing is that I actually want to prefer LE audio since my second device supports it as well.
Is that an application bug or rather hardware limitation?

The current firmware includes this limitation by design, but it will be removed in an upcoming update.
