Right now, people need to have right click animals perm active for many things such as cobblemon npcs in order for them to work at all, milking cows, and more.
But then using a name tag to name some animal an awful name is currently the same exact perm as milking a cow or talking to a cobblemon npc.
So some way to split the perms would be good.
Solution
Either a blacklist or whitelist of item usage(could be neat to blacklist shearing mooshrooms since that griefs them to cows but allow bowl milking i guess) or just a naming permission?
