Custom Recipe Search too short: Cannot add item #69

Apologies if there is a way around this but I couldn't find one. I want to add custom recipes for flips but I am unable to add the input I want because the search always returns more items than fit, and I cannot be more specific with my search.
Specifically, I am trying to search "Amethyst" and literally input the amethyst crystal. Unfortunately, that is the entire name of the item and there are still too many other options returned before it.
One option to fix this would be a scroll bar in that UI, another would be to let me just input or search by the item ID to get around cases like this. Let me know if there is a workaround I didn't think of
