Add method to open and close the chat popover programatically

Feature proposal

The addon should include methods like .open() and .close() to show or hide the chat popover programatically. Currently we can only do that by pressing the bubble.

Describe solution expectations

Since they're similar, the chat should align with the behaviour of the Popover component
