picofuzz: Don't update stats if imports are rejected.

picofuzz currently does not care what response is returned from the client at all.

This however may lead to skewed statitisitcs on a graph - blocks that are rejected will show up as "imported" super quickly.

We should somehow detect these kind of errors and don't update CSV stats in such case.
