"Ł" letter don't change to "L" and use Unicode sms

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Turn on "Show a character counter at writing messages" in Settings
2. Try input for example "ą" - still max 160 characters
3. Try input "ł" - number of characters is only 60 (convert to Unicode SMS)

Expected behavior

After type "ł" - still max 160 char. and convert to "l"

Actual behavior

SMS is convert to Unicode SMS

In Polish has 9 dialectic characters and only in "Ł" exists this problem:
Orginal message: "ĄĘŚĆŻŹŃÓąęśćżźńó" and "ĄĘŚĆŻŹŃÓŁąęśćżźńół"
Sent messages:

(first is normal SMS (max 160 char.), but second - Unicode SMS (max 60 char.; 3 times less))
