Add an invisible margin around the + button to prevent accidentally marking an item as done when you want to click on the + button.

Why do you want this feature?

It happened to me a few times that I accidentally marked an item as done when I intended to click on the + button to add a new note.
Indeed, clicking slightly outside the + button will click on one of the last items.
