Bookmarks

Bookmarks isn't ready to be in the master branch yet. I broke the last three commits related to bookmarks into there own branch and rolled the master branch back.

There are several formatting issues, and a crash on startup.

/mods/fozland/bookmarks.lua:67: attempt to call global 'privs' (a nil value)
