When a comment is added using the "add a review comment" button, a speech bubble icon is added to the document. Depending on where the user clicked (and exacerbated when lots of review comments are added in close proximity) this can obscure the original text, making it hard for subsequent users to understand the context of the comment and / or add further review comments.
Possible solutions could include:
- Render the speech bubble icon as semi-transparent
- Add a "hide markup" toggle which can be used to temporarily remove the speech bubble icons
