Teams Page

We need to create a team page, which consist of two sections
1. Development team.
2. Maintainers.

The details can be fetched from 
https://github.com/FreakyOS/packages_apps_Settings/blob/still_alive/assets/freaky.json

We have to make sure that the json is dynamically fetched and components are generated.
