Default app doesn't work

I am using node.js v22.14.0 as advised with the latest package manager (npm, yarn, pnpm), but I keep getting the same error related to React as vite doesn't compile anything.

I checked the documentation. There is nothing about it.

Any fixes? I don't know how to start developing without a functioning app
