Migration not working

The code for the runMigrations is not working properly if you started the project from scratch and use the latest versions of all dependencies. I coudn't figure out how to get it working with latest installs so I just downgraded everything to match teachers package.json.

Just a heads up!

The main culprit I found was umzug, the latest package having released a major update (2.x -> 3.x) since. I've submitted a pull request as such.
