We need to implement a basic version of the guided meditation and wellness reminder system.
The goal is to allow users to experience simple mindfulness exercises and receive intelligent reminders throughout the day.

  • Create Meditation Library

    • Add a few short guided meditation or breathing sessions (e.g., 2–5 minutes each).
    • Store them locally or use sample audio/text files.
  • Mood-Based AI Suggestions

    • Add a basic AI logic (or placeholder) that suggests a meditation session based on:
      • User’s logged mood (e.g., stressed, tired, calm).
      • Time of day (morning, afternoon, night).
  • Wellness Reminders

    • Implement notifications/reminders for:
      • Drinking water
      • Taking short screen breaks
      • Practicing a quick breathing exercise
  • UI/UX

    • Simple dashboard to:
      • Select a meditation
      • Log current mood
      • View upcoming reminders

🎯 Expected Outcome

A functional prototype that allows users to:

  • Choose from basic meditation sessions.
  • Receive automatic wellness reminders.
  • Get AI-suggested exercises based on mood or time.
