Location_gazetteers table - Outdated URLs

In the location_gazetteers.csv table, the URLs provided for both the Source and URI Pattern fields are currently broken.

Could these links please be updated? thanks

The URI pattern is the pattern onto which you need to add a NUTS code to get a response, so whilst the "base" URI doesn't return anything, if you add a code to the end it works, e.g. https://publications.europa.eu/resource/authority/nuts/code/FR.

We could make this clearer by:

1. Adding a placeholder into the URI pattern, e.g. https://publications.europa.eu/resource/authority/nuts/code/{identifier}
2. Explaining the purpose of the URI pattern in the reference docs for the codelist, e.g.

The URI pattern column provides the pattern into which you need to substitute an {identifier} from the gazetteer to get the URI for that identifier.
