Whilst developing the generate metadata feat I realized I was poking in the dark a fair bit. I've been trying to run this locally in order to 'manually' verify my new feature works as expected. That turned out to be quite difficult. I eventually managed in a very hacky way. That's neither the best, nor intended way probably. That said, it led me to wonder whether there is a "simple", intended way to run the entire stack locally (e.g. for development). If so, maybe I'm just missing the pointer to the docs? If not, it'd be quite useful to add that.
