Extension Failing to Recognized Paired Pixel

I've Followed all steps to a tee, the extension is loaded and seems to be working, but when I click on the Pair button, it opens the prompt to find a Pixel, I pair it, then I click on the extension again, and it still says no Pixel Connected.

I am guessing this project is abandoned?

This specific project is not being maintained, no. It's a proof of concept and was never intended to be used beyond that; Roll20 agreed to implement something themselves (though there hasn't been any news on that for ages).
There is a fork of this project at https://github.com/Parashoot/PixelsRoll20ChromeExtension though, which has seen a bit more love.

Mind you, the issue you're having may not be related to this plugin. Have you tested connecting to another integration or website that is built for Pixels, e.g. https://carrierfry.de/chrome-pixels-bt-test/ ?
