So once the server is started as port X (3535 for example) and then tabby is closed, after launching tabby again the port set previously is used and MCP server cannot run.
The port is then allocated to tabby renderer and the only solution is to change mcp server port.
when tabby is closed without explicit stopping mcp server it must ensure the mcp server is closed beforehand.
