Upload failed TIF file

I have a problem by uploading TIF file in the test EDGI platform. I see that it is the same issue that #456 but I am not able to solve the problem as explained in http://egdi-public.gitlabpages.geus.dk/egdi-documentation/#/other/faq?id=i-have-problems-with-upload-of-geotiff-files.
I can not check the metadata because the gdalinfo does not work.
Please find attached the tif file and the corresponding metadata in case you want to try to upload and/or check the metadata info.

To clarify, do you mean you haven't got GDAL installed, or you get an error when trying to use it?

I have not GDAL installed.

Note the guidance on how to create the required metadata in ArcMap has changed in the documentation; now suggestion is to use Georeferencing > Rectify
