ObjectSet issues

• regions assigned per ObjectSet can assing multiple regions to a single dimtag
• ObjectSet should allow hierarchical structure using named components of an ObjectSet

• regions may not be preserved through the meshing anyway
• support association of the shapes to given data
• after meshing provide the same association for the elements, possibly use this to assign the regions to the generated mesh
