Hatanaka to RNX function

Could you guys include a function to convert compressed gz files into rnx format? 
There is an independent hatakana package available through Pypi that works well. 
I thought it could simplify things to just add a function that does the same thing inside geodepy...I guess add it into the gnss module? Just an idea.
