Currently On 3.14, no matter if C64U or U64, at least the "Western Europe" time zone is off.
I'm in "Western Europe", specifically the Europe/Berlin timezone, we are currently UTC+1 (winter time), but the displayed time in the Ultimate Menu and reported time to the C64 us UTC+2.
