Add a new part for bar-to-bar linking
Expected behavior
We need a rod -> rod linkage part, which means filling out the hexhead trap on the rod clamp, so a washer and nut can be used on the other side of a part with the hexhead trap.
Additional context
A surgery was conducted, where a part was used for bar-to-bar linking and a washer was put over the bolthead trap to allow the nut to stick out and be tightened. We need a part with the nut trap filled, so the washer isn't "midair".
