Option button on outline view to sort alphabetically

I often have a long list of stuff in the outline. The problem is they are in order found in file, which is often random. It makes it hard to find things. I usually know the name or at the least the beginning part of the name. But it is still hard to find.

With it alphabetically I could easily find things. I've use this in other outline views, such as for Node. They have the button to turn it on and off in the toolbar of the view.
