Problem with the backup service

There is no problem in the command output, but the backup is not being sent

Backup part backup_part_aa.tar.gz successfully sent to Telegram.

Try this command curl -s ifconfig.me .
If it returns a 403 error, it's likely because curl is using IPv6 for the request.
To force IPv4, replace every instance of curl -s ifconfig.me with curl -s4 ifconfig.me.
