[Feature Request] Way to indicate a database is in use

[BeyondConventionalBoundaries]

SQLITEe can not handle multiple users, so when a database on our GDrive is opened by two people, edits by the first person that opened the database will not be stored. I don't know if there is an easy way to notify others a database is in use.
