Transfer Report & More

Explore default filter pagination to use the last selected value (so if you change to all, it stays at all), but default to all.

Update the /reports/inventory_adjustments report:

• Add summary of total items on that page and total value on that page
• Ensure value of items transferred should be from the time of transfer, not the time of the report
• Add new internal and external transferred
• Change "Transfers" to "Legacy Transfers"

Additional Changes

• Remove purchase option from inventory stock page
• Leave old transfers as vanilla "Transfer" but rename "Legacy Transfer"
• Add Internal and External Transfer options for stock page
• Hide "Legacy Transfer" as an option so old transfers will still be marked as that for records, but new ones will specify internal vs external
