README Mistakes

There are certain mistakes in README file. The command to install libcgicc is wrong.
This following command is also not valid.
$ sudo apt-get install libboost1.53-dev

The point of adding data to sites-available/default didn't worked for me.
So, I added a file having same data with the name httpd.conf and then included it in the apache2.conf file.
