Help with adding a new media folder in Jellyfin

I am trying to set up a media folder that will have my personal home videos. I have created a new folder within within my HDD called Personal. I am not able to see it when I try to add media library

How do I set up Jellyfin/ portainer/ LMDS to be able to see this folder. When I trying to add a media library I am not able to locate it.
