Feature request: Unify proxy & filesystem rules into single profiles, and allow for a different profile per session

As a user, I want to:

• have filesystem & network proxy rulesets in a unified UX. Ideally a config file that can be modified at runtime in the dashboard
• have different rulesets for different sessions. For example, perhaps I'm running four instances of coding agents for four different projects. Each project has its own tools & rules.
• be able to filter the conversations, logs, etc, by both session & profile
